Obviously these definitions do not apply to these people as slander has to involve untruths in oral language. These “adults” should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. What kind of an adult reacts in that way, they are no better than the child doing the fighting who should also be punished consequently and rightfully to the fullest extent of the law. Violence is rampant enough with children without “adults” to further create pain and misery. Perhaps the judge should have suggested parenting classes or just have taken their children away outright, obviously they are not good examples in parenthood. If I were in the “adults” position I would be less worried about how other people look at me and more worried about becoming a better example for their child, rectifying the damages done, and asking for forgiveness for being horrible people.
