Race baiting and fear mongering via Daily KOS’ southern fried lack of class.

“The GOP, should I be the nominee, can say whatever they want to say about me, my track record,” Obama said. “If they think that they’re going to try to make Michelle an issue in this campaign, they should be careful because that I find unacceptable, the notion that you start attacking my wife or my family.”

Obama said his wife “loves this country. For them to try to distort or to play snippets of her remarks in ways that are unflattering to her is, I think, just low class. I think that most of the American people would think that as well.”

“Whoever is in charge of the Tennessee GOP needs to think long and hard about the kind of campaign they want to run, and I think that’s true for everybody, Democrat or Republican,” Obama said in the ABC interview, adding: “These folks should lay off my wife.”

What a wussy!

Show the Tenn GOP (and the entire world) what stuff you are made of BHO. Namby pamby weak whiner. Puke!
Ok so he defended his wifey poo. His sidekick on the campaign trail. Stumping and keeping it real.
Sooooo…..is there a Obama virtual ass whooping in Citizen One’s future?
Will Michelle Obama give him a tongue lashing?

Will he enjoy it?

What about Robert “white nigger” Byrd? Surely he has some commentary he would like to add. A pithy comment or two.

“The ex-Klansman, you see, is a Democrat. Democrats can join hate groups and utter the ugliest racial slurs and get away with it because they are Democrats. They belong to the party of racial tolerance and understanding. They’re paragons of virtue, and the rest of us are bigoted rubes.”

“Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.”

–Sen. Robert Byrd (D-W.Va.)

Didn’t this jackass just publicly back Obama?

True dat.

Comic Jay Leno, during the monologue for his late night show Monday, broached the Byrd endorsement. “That’s got to make Hillary feel good, huh? Even the Klan guy is going, ‘I’m going with the black guy.'”

LMFAO!

Of course as Obama is only half black. Maybe Byrd is only endorsing his white half….

Just sayin’.

Didn’t Obama at one time beg MoveOn.org members to give Byrd a helping hand?
Yep.

Isn’t reverse racism a tool used against Black’s who don’t lean left?

Mos def.

Meanwhile, for advocating a color-blind approach to justice, Clarence Thomas is often called an “Uncle Tom.” Colin Powell is characterized as a “plantation slave” for serving in a Republican Administration.

The Republican Party, as apparently too few people know, was founded largely on the issue of opposition to slavery — and has remained true to the principle of individual liberty regardless of race to this day. Last time I checked, there weren’t any ex-Kleagles on the Republican side of the aisle.

Obama-Byrd political bedfellows. That is some crazy shit.

American’s who feel they still feel the sting of racism voting Democrat, even crazier shit.

Double Standard Ya think?

Angry “Token” Bitch “Without Color”

Denial it’s a “white thing”?

Teenage violence escalates at school
2 women charged with egging on 13-year-old girl’s attacker in online video

MECHANICVILLE — A middle-school girl shown on an online video beating up a 13-year-old girl — while being egged on by her mother and aunt — is the latest twist in escalating youth violence enveloping this gritty mill city of 5,000.

The March 25 video shows the older girl punching the victim’s head, pulling her hair and shouting obscenities while an adult urges her to pick up and kick the younger girl, who is balled up on the ground.

“It’s a terrible, terrible situation,” said Jo Ann Rielly, the city’s director of public safety. “We pray it doesn’t turn to guns and knives, but with kids so far out of control you never know.”

Taunting, shoving and fist fights are an almost daily problem at “The Stairs,” which at afternoon dismissal funnel hundreds of middle school and high school kids through a narrow chute from school grounds down several flights of concrete steps to Park Avenue and a playground below, police said.

A police cruiser regularly parked at the bottom of the stairs and a Saratoga County sheriff’s deputy in a patrol car at the top — the school itself lies within the town of Halfmoon — have not deterred the rowdy teens.

“We’ve had several fights on the stairs recently,” said Mechanicville Police Chief Joseph Waldron, “and it’s getting worse.”

“I wouldn’t call it a gang situation, but these kids are exhibiting that kind of behavior,” he said.

Two years ago, some high school kids calling themselves the Crazy Crackers set up a Web site that threatened to take an ax and chop up anybody who crossed them. Police arrested the ringleader — he’s now in prison — and the Web site and the group were apparently shut down.

Juvenile offenses are climbing rapidly and now make up the majority of crime in the city, Waldron said. He said girls are fighting more than boys.

At 1 a.m. Sunday, a 13-year-old girl stopped by police for being out past the city’s 10 p.m. curfew kicked an officer in the groin. The girl was charged with assaulting an officer and the case has been sent to Family Court. The cop is out on injury leave.

Police are applying for a state grant to install surveillance cameras along the stairs, and the school district plans to hire a retired law enforcement officer as a “roving monitor” in the area.

“If we don’t do anything about it, this problem is going to spread,” said Mechanicville Mayor Anthony Sylvester, who supports get-tough measures aimed at juveniles.

On Tuesday, the mayor watched the girls’ fight video, from a link in the Daily Gazette, calling it “out-of-hand and disgusting.” He blamed the adults who encouraged the attack.

Veronica Farley, 31, the mother of the 15-year-old who was the aggressor and who said the younger girl had gossiped about her, and the girl’s aunt, Tina Farley, 26, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Reached at her home Tuesday, the girl’s mother said, “It’s a bunch of crap.”

The 13-year-old girl who was attacked suffered bruises and other injuries but refused medical treatment, police said. Police did not release the names of the two girls because of their ages.

The Farley sisters are due in city court on charges stemming from the fight, which broke out at the bottom of The Stairs just after the 2:20 p.m. school dismissal, police said.

By the time officers arrived, the fight was over, and nobody would cooperate with the investigation, police said.

Mom charged after daughter involved in videotaped fight

MECHANICVILLE – A Mechanicville mother is facing child endangerment charges after a fight involving her daughter ended up online.

Police say the video involving the two teenage girls is disturbing, but even more so because they say the mother did nothing to stop the beating and even encouraged it.

Veronica Farley would say nothing to NewsChannel 13 as she walked out of her house Tuesday. It was a far cry from the outburst caught online in which the four letter expletives were flowing freely from her mouth.

The fight footage shows the Mechanicville mother is standing over her 15-year-old daughter as the teen pummels another girl. Police say she encourages the girl to keep punching away. After 20 seconds Farley finally pulls her daughter off.

“How could you not take some type of action to protect these kids and then why would you encourage this to take place?” Police Chief Joseph Waldron asked.

Police originally had their hands tied. By the time they responded to the call back in March, nearly everyone involved in the fight was gone. But they caught a break. School officials told them video of the fight was actually posted on on the Web site http://www.tinypic.com.

Police charged Farley with endangering the welfare of a child. The girl’s aunt, 26-year-old Tina Farley, who is also in the video, was also arrested.

“That video is irrefutable proof that they were there and they were encouraging it,” Waldron said.

On Tuesday, Farley’s husband defended his wife.

“The bottom line is everything she’s being accused of didn’t happen. She reacted a little bit slow to breaking up a fight. We had no idea about the video until it was too late,” her husband said.

Tuesday afternoon, someone posted on WNYT.com claiming she was Veronica Farley. The person says the fight was already going on when she got there.

“I tried to handle it the right way….I don’t have to explain myself. Bottom line, I break up a fight and I get in trouble. Where’s the justice in that,” the Internet posting said.

“They weren’t obviously parenting and therefore we’re going to parent for them. If that means arresting them and putting them in jail, that’s what we’re going to do,” Waldron said.

Endangering the welfare of a child is a misdemeanor. If convicted the two women face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Besides increasing their presence during school dismissal, police also are applying for a grant in order to put up surveillance cameras. The chief says the reason is that they respond to fight calls at least once a week as kids are walking home from school.

“Tina Farley, 26, (the Aunt) was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.”

Hey if anyone knows where I can get my hands on some WordPress.com friendly code of the Farley fight video give me a shout.
